We are now seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover the Midlands.

The Sales team focuses on Bill Payments and Prepaid, covering both existing clients and new business. Within this role you will be responsible for developing business with both new prospects and current clients, achieving revenue targets for New Business and Expanded as well as Client Retention and Contract Renewals.

Primary areas of accountability:

As Regional Sales Manager, some of your key duties will include:

  • Manage the Regional Sales team to maximise business growth and profitability with both new business and existing clients.
  • Proactively manage and develop current clients to grow Expanded revenue and secure renewals.
  • Proactively pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts, Sales Support Executive prospecting calls, call lists, CRM database, referrals, the website, and other activities such as trade shows or industry events to target existing customers and prospects
  • Establish/maintain professional relationships with key decision makers within relevant businesses, councils, departments etc.

Key skills required:

You’ll demonstrate to us that you have:

  • Successful experience in selling financial services (prepaid cards, bill payment, card acquiring, money transfer, direct debit etc.).
  • Capable of motivating a team and developing individuals to achieve their potential and deliver success.
  • Experience in Public Sector as well as Private Sector.
  • Proficient at time management, organised and able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Superior presentation skills and excellent communication skills at all levels with a good understanding / use of the English language: both written and verbal.
  • Must have Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to assimilate market information quickly and understand its commercial implications.
  • Target oriented with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
